Splend India Feedback
Previously we had been on a group tour to southern India with a company booked in the UK but this time we were meeting up with our daughter in northern India and wanted a more flexible tour for ourselves. Although Splend India had been recommended to our daughter it was a big step for us to book with a company in India we had never heard of. However, we need not have worried as our excellent eleven day tour with Splend India far exceeded our expectations.
We cannot thank Mahadev, the tour organiser, enough for being so patient and helpful with the planning of our personal itinerary based on the 'Rajasthan with Varanasi' tour. Everything went very smoothly and also he organised further travel arrangements in India for us for after the tour had finished. It was very reassuring to know that he was at the end of the mobile phone they provided should we have needed any support throughout our time in India.
Hanuman, our guide, was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable and we felt very relaxed in his company. He went out of his way to make small changes in the schedule when we requested it. At the end it felt as if we were leaving a friend and we missed his smiling face! We had very comfortable cars and careful, punctual drivers who met us at airports and train stations ensuring we felt safe on our travels. We were taken to good hotels and enjoyed meals in a variety of restaurants they had selected for us.
We have lovely memories of a great holiday and are happy to recommend Splend India. We thank them all again and wish them success in the future.

I just wanted to send a note to say thank you for organising our tour and all the various other travel arrangements. Everything went very smoothly and was done to a high standard, it really took any worry away from us.
I don't have Hanuman's email so please also pass on my thanks to him. All of our three tour guides were excellent, but it was particularly nice to spend so long with Hanuman - he has so much knowledge and enthusiasm, and also made us feel very relaxed and was very helpful when my mum and I were sick. We were sad to say good bye to him!
